Ho’oponopono: the inside job.

There is a big wave of consciousness invading more and more people who awaken to spirituality at the moment. We, the people of the planet Earth, need to come into that new era: we must walk in the way of the unconditional love. I found out the power of an old Hawaiian mantra that releases me from everything bad in my life, so today, I’d like to share it with you.

That old mantra called Ho’oponopono* had been used by Hawaiian tribes to resolve all the conflicts between their members. They had to repeat the mantra up to the end of the conflict. Its words are strong, full of an expressive love. They are not sent to someone else but to self, and just need to be said like that: “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you”. The more the mantra is said from the bottom of the heart, the best it is.

So at the beginning of my researches, I wondered about its power, because there were just simple words. I remembered the one of some Tibetan mantra, how they have changed my mind in some bad circumstances, so I finally thought that Hawaiian mantra could work out too. It’s been a such wonderful discovering, that I’ve got no more doubt about it: this mantra gets a big power.

Whoever you are, whatever you do, you can start your day with that mantra. It makes your heart peaceful, it resolves things around you, so it gives you a big power of love. The more you say it, the best you can notice changes in your life. You become the most important person for yourself, because loving yourself is the best way to become a better person; so gradually as you are better, the whole world becomes better too.

Ho’oponopono means “doing what is fair” or “correct an error” in the original Hawaiian language. This is an inside job.

How does it work?

First, you have to start the process of cleaning: when you notice something uncomfortable, regarding someone, something, a place, an event, start the process of cleaning, so ask the Universe (Divine) : “Divine, cleans inside me what contributes to this problem”. No matter why or when the problem comes over, nor from whom it arrives, but each person takes the responsibilility of all the memories shared with others in the world. In that process, bad energies are transmuted into pure light by the Divine.

When you say “I’m sorry”, you accept that something (no matter what it is) has come into your mind and body; so you ask the forgiveness for yourself.

When you say “forgive me”, you don’t ask the Universe (or Divine), to forgive you, but to help you to forgive to yourself.

When you say “I love you”, the blocked energy is transmitted into a circulating energy; you’re united to the Divine again.

When you say “thank you”, you are grateful for your faith that everything will be resolved for the good of everybody.

If ever some doubts are still in your mind, continue the process of cleaning.

Remember that when you heal yourself, you heal the whole world too, because we’re all connected to make One.

No matter the order of the sentences of the Ho’oponopono. The most important is to know that we go into our subconscious by asking the Divine to clean the repetitive memories that create conflicts, problems, so blocked energies which become psychological and physical illnesses.

So you can say: “my memories, I love you! I thank you to give me the opportunity to release you, so to release myself!”
