Don’t you see I’m working, right?

10 Mar

How many times did you enjoy to stay at home, doing nothing, these two last months? I bet it didn’t happen very often, because it’s quite impossible to 1/ imagine 2/ to do! Whoever you’re a man or a woman, I guess your life doesn’t allow you to have a break during a day, a week or a month… but I’d like to remind you that you’re reading my posts in which I tend to make you understand how you need to be the center of your own life! The aim is to be happier, to feel fine, in a good health and to succeed in everything you wish!

So now, you could change your vision about your free time:

1/ Start to plan it. I suppose you could get it when everybody’s at home is busy elsewhere (if you live with kids and husband/wife). Write it in a notebook: “I plan my free time on the…, from… to…”, for example.

2/ Think about what you’d like to do on your free time: shopping for clothes, hairdresser, manicure, meet a friend, read a book, have a walk… or nothing at all!

3/ You have to consider that free time as important as an appointment at the doctor’s. You can’t escape from it.

4/ That free time is yours. Call it as you like: it will be easier for you to think about it as a reward. Don’t forget you deserve it. You’re the most important person for yourself, almost during that time.

5/ You absolutely must believe you’re not stealing your free time to someone. You don’t have to feel guilty nor uncomfortable. You’re working for you, only. This is a legitimate right.

So I’d like to give you one more tip : don’t confess to anyone that you need some time for you only. Just tell them you’re working! For you, it means you’ll be at peace, with no more explanation to give to anybody. For others, it will be the best reason you can’t be disturbed during that time.

Strangely, in our modern society, we all run after some free time; so for most people, it remains an unrealizable dream. They don’t even dare to think they need it: doing something is the norm, so doing nothing is seen as a waste of time. But the more people forget to get time for themselves, the more they’re unhappy. Being connected with yourself means you let the light coming into your life, open your wings and spread love all around you.

So the best question is: who’s the winner of all that mess? Governments, doctors, lobbies, pharmaceutical industry, banks, insurances., etc., I guess. The more you escape from yourself, the more you’re trapped in the big web of duties, vicious circles of modern slavery, and abnegation. Each human being deserves to live as best as possible, in a free consciousness, and their free will.

That’s why free time is the best opportunity to get a chance to feel fine. Once a week, it is a real wealth, a way to slow down and think about what you could change to live better.

My dear HappinesShakers, I’m sure your free time is coming soon! If ever someone at home asks you why you spend so much time in your bath, just reply: “don’t you see I’m working, right?” Then dive under water!

Love,

Jane

  1. You actually make it seem so easy along with your presentation but I to find this topic to be really something that I think I might by no means understand. It seems too complex and very huge for me. I am looking forward to your next put up, I’ll attempt to get the hang of it!

    • Hi,
I got you. Sometimes, things seem hard to be understood, but after a while, they sudendly become clear and our consciousness is opened at last.
Be confident and patient, so let love invade all your heart and mind: things are going to find their right place.
      Blessings,
      Jane

  2. When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Cheers!

  3. Great blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere? A theme like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make my blog jump out. Please let me know where you got your theme. With thanks

    • Hi,
Thank you for your kind comment!
The theme has been found on Pinterest by Sacha, my webmaster after I told him what I really wanted. Almost all the images of dogs have been downloaded from a site called PIXELS.
Hope you’ll be find there what you want too.
      Blessings,
      Jane
