How many times a year, are you overwhelmed? You wonder how to manage current issues coming over, day after day, like waves that end to drown you. When you wake up from this nightmare, it’s too late: you’re broken, your mind is out of order, your body hurts, your life seems to be ravaged. You feel powerless. But mostly, you don’t know what to think, do or be, anymore. You’re having a breakdown. You feel lost.
But you’re not, actually.
You’re here.
You’re on the Earth to make some experiences, to understand something about. So to move on, bad or good moments have taught you a lot about who you are, and about your purpose in life.
But sometimes it’s hard to feel fine when everything turns bad. How to be reconnected with your inner power when you feel so bereft of it? However, you’ve still got it, just here, buried in your heart. Take a few minutes to find it: sit down in an armchair, listen to a smooth music, and stay quiet. It’s a way to start, but you could make some sport too, watch a good movie, or go out for a dinner with friends.
In any way, ask your heart for a help. It will answer.
Maybe the way to sort out some current issue just came over yet, but you didn’t notice it, or you didn’t want to. It’s up to you. Each one of your choices in life is due to your free will. You are the only person who is able to change your way of thinking, doing, moving on. Choices are hard to be taken sometimes, because you let the reason manage them. In fact, you should let your heart do it. In this way, you can’t fail ever.
You’re not lost. You’re here.
It means that you should consider things under a different angle: here and now, like the Buddhists say. You’re here, at the moment. Are you happy? You’re not? Why? Here, at the moment, you’re able to be happy. But you let bad thoughts rot your heart. Why? Is it better? No, of course, it’s not. So think about your current issues, with the setback of twenty years: are they so huge, so hard to overcome? Don’t you think you could leave some aside?
Many people lock themselves in a mental jail. They turn round up to the time they feel insecure, and they no longer believe they can’t open the door. Go out of your head! And dive into your heart!
Ask it.
Ask your heart to help you. Shout it out loud: help me! It will answer in a way or in another. Be ready to hear the reply: the Universe takes care of you. Be grateful.
Then be happy. Happiness is contagious and makes people in a good mood to help you. So keep your sense of humour: people will consider you as a winner, I mean someone who goes ahead with a perfect control of their emotions. Remember: you’re a warrior, not a victim.
You’re not lost. You’re here. Does it make sense for you, now?
I think so.
Love,
Jane
