You and your emotional level

Recently I’ve been faced with people around me who were invaded by a too high negative emotional level, following a bad new or a failure (in their job, or in their sentimental or friendship life). They wondered how to get out of this strange mood, not comfortable nor easy to go through. No answer came, as if they were trapped in a mental or a psychological jail. They just couldn’t get out of it, and felt atomized because their vibration had come down at the same time.

So what can you do when you’re getting overwhelmed by your negative emotions?

When a bad event comes over, the first step is to calm your mental down. Who could sort out any issue without all their abilities? You must find a empty space, with no sound and nobody around. Stay quiet, sat in a comfortable armchair or on a couch. Push these negative emotions out of your mind (anger, sadness, anxiety, depression) and start to be in connection with your body, your inner power, so with your spiritual guides. Ask them to bring you the best attitude to find out the solution for the issue. You’ll be quieter, more able to breathe slowly, so to make a distance between the issue and your emotional level. Your vibe will rise again. Pray or meditate if you want, because it’s a good way too.

How does it work?

Well, a too high negative emotional level is your worst enemy. Treat it like that. You really can win against it: it’s made of your deepest fears, so you abs must get them of your mind. Think you’re brave and nothing nor no one could prevent you from moving on. Don’t think your fears are unbreakable. They’re just the fruit of your imagination. Fears are a mental construction. They don’t exist. So you’re there, on Earth, to make that experience and to win victory over your fears. Ok, you’ve had better times; now life is bringing you an unpleasant one, but it won’t last ever. You’re going to find deep buried in your heart, the best solution.

Once your negative emotional level has gotten down, you’re ready to receive some signs of your angels. They bring you an idea, a phone call, an unexpected help from someone who loves you or cares about you. It can be a friend, a family member, a colleague even. Don’t deny any helping hand, because your guides and angels do their best to comfort you and lead you to the solution. So be thankful and grateful to the Universe. Then your heart will be opened again, full of love for all these helps coming from everywhere. You’ll be able to go on.

Is there a way not to ride hard their negative emotional level?

One of the best ways is to work on yourself! Be aware your negative emotions are killing your creativity, your ability to go ahead, to be able to get out of your comfort zone. The recipe is to replace them with positive ones. It’s a work on your mental. Try to be indulgent with others and with yourself; plant seeds of love around you, at each time of a day. Don’t let anger, fear, sadness nor stress invading your soul. So you’ll soon receive a lot from the Universe. Take care of what you say or think about people; don’t be rough, firstable because it’s not a good attitude, and secondly because each bad thought makes your emotional level rising in negative, and then your vibration is getting down.Think big too: the Universe loves you and takes care of you. What’s best? Keep confidence and stay peaceful, because it’s impossible to get a better help.

So how to raise your emotional level in positive?

Choose people around you very well: they have to share your world. It’s easier to find some comfort when people around you are kind, available and open-minded. Chat with them, not to poison them with your issue, but to get some help. People do like opening their heart and playing the role of the big brother (or sister) when it needs. But remember you get your free will, which means it’s up to you.

Meditation, prayers, is very useful, but you can also listen to a good music track (classical music and nature sounds are the best, but any kind of music you like it’s fine, if the lyrics are postive); you can look at a beautiful painting, a nice photo, a sunset, the blue sky, or read a good novel as well… And almost all, laughing or giving a cuddle is also a very good way! Anything that makes you happy is good to raise your emotional level in positive, actually.

After a while, you’ll be able to treat any problem with concentration and understanding. You’ll be so at ease with your emotional level, that your vibe will be high all the time long; so nothing, nor nobody will invade your mind and put it in a jail anymore.
