What happens after a heartbreak? You feel sad, emotionally down, your vibration is under the earth, you spend your time in bed, you listen all these songs you both did like, you drink it all away, you swear you’ll never be in love again… I could write so many things about it, that you’d find here at least one example that fits you. So your heart is broken, you feel lonely, but you’re here, in front an empty chair in the kitchen, with a cup of a bad coffee in one hand, asking you why life is so rough, or what you have done bad to deserve such a drama… I guess you know what I mean… so I’m sorry.
One day, you’ll feel fine again. You abs must believe it. One day, the sun will rise again in your life. You don’t want to think about it now. You don’t want to think of anything else excepted these feelings and emotions that drive you crazy, and stay in your bed. You don’t want to hang out, nor to go to the hairdresser, nor to call your mother, and almost all: you don’t want to shave your legs (if you’re a woman of course! Your bear if you’re a man). What for? He’s gone (she’s gone), so your life is ravaged, your heart is broken, so now it’s drowning. You too.
Push this person out of your head, your heart, your life. So breathe.
Could you project yourself within a few years? Just try once. You’re older, you’re in love again with an amazing person, you changed your hair, your wardrobe, your home, your car… you’ve got lots of new friends, your family’s bigger, you travel sometimes, you do like good restaurants… and the person you became as well.
So, in the skin of this new you, think about it now… It was a time between twice. Something happened that has changed your point of view. Ok, you ached, you were so sad that people around you didn’t know how to help you. Remember: you were boring, selfish, ugly, sad, on your own, and nobody was a magician: your lover couldn’t come back to you.
What next?
You found out strength enough to push away your bad feelings, thinking of what life was bringing you as a lesson: you learnt something about you, love, others. About life as well. Who knew better than yourself, what you had to do?
So now, thanks to that projection of a new release of you in the future, isn’t it easier to be confident? Isn’t it more comfortable? How could you stand here, crying, as life is going to bring you all you need to feel fine again?
Words are not useful when sufferings are big. But good words must be put on things: you ache because you’re alive; you feel lonely, but the whole world is around you; you’re sad, but beauty is there, on this old pic of you and your family; you think love is very hard to live, so welcome in the human realm. Everything you feel, many people feel too. Your body hurts, your mind is down, your emotions are high, your vibe is low: welcome in the human realm. What did you expect? Life is a path that sometimes leads to some weird places. But then, when you step up, nothing nor no one can prevent you from moving on.
It could be nice to think about it. So ask your angels to help you, your guides to lead you, your family to support you, your friends to make you laugh, your boss to give you more to do, so go out for some shopping, go to the hairdresser, and prepare yourself for the next step: the time after, when you’re happy again.
Let’s the sun coming in, the blue sky invading your soul, the time mending your heart. So you’re going to succeed to be that new version of yourself: a strong and wonderful person with some memories.
love,
Jane
