Think less, feel more!

I can hear you say “what’s the hell with thinking? Thinking is the way to get freedom, to move on, to learn, to be aware, to… everything!” So you’re right! But when is it time to stop thinking and start to use our intuition? How to manage both?

Then after miles of readings about this topic, hundreds hours of conversations with dozens of people through the last few years, I can tell you that: feeling is thinking with the heart!

Obviously you perfectly know the difference between your reason and your heart. Sentiments, emotions come from your inner being, as your thoughts are made by your rational brain.

Using your reason will bring you a different solution than your intuition will. To solve some issue, you instinctively know whether it’s better thinking or feeling. As you trust your inner power, you can manage reason and intuition. Your intuition turns you into some creative, spontaneous, and most of the time, good actions. What you feel at a special time will make you drive your life on the good path. Your intuition has been made to reach the best decisions in any circumstances, helped by your brain, which can afford any rational thought (for example, you are going to buy the home of your dreams: your brain brings you the ways to plan it financially). I mean your brain must be in the service of your intuition, and not the contrary.

Your mental (call it brain) is a tyrant which wants you to be a 5 year old child forever, so it keeps on protecting you whatever you do or you feel, but it also prevents you from growing up. It gets you away from your intuition.Give this tyranny up. Take the power, make your intuition, your guide, your Ariane’s thread to lead you to the perfect life you deserve to get. It’s never too late to start to change anything. You must feel things, breathe them, then only after you’ll take the best decision. Stand up, start a new deal with your awareness: “my heart is the only way I must go through to reach any purpose”. Then look at the difference. Thinking with your heart: it’s up to you.

Gratefully,

Jane
