
Winter is still here, but it’s time to be prepared for the next seasons which are coming over. Flu and colds have been right from your positive attitude: now you’re worn out, pills of vits aren’t enough to help you to go better. You drag yourself to go working, you can’t sleep well at night, in fact you’re so tired that you can’t go to sleep early. In the evening, you fall asleep on the couch, in front of the tv, but when you go to bed, you can’t sleep anymore. You feel tired, deprived of energy…
So what to do with that body?
First, you may be connected again with it. I mean: love yourself as if you were your best friend! It doesn’t need money nor special means, but a different way of looking at you. Put yourself at the center of everything, and feel things as a child: do I want to do that, or no? Do I want to stay here, or no? Do I want to eat or no? Do I want to go out, or no?
When you’re tired, with a low energy, you have to stay quiet most of the time, or do something you really like but that doesn’t need any effort from you. So, sat in a comfortable armchair, and for a few seconds feel how you can be connected with the earth under your feet, and with the light above your head. Feel this energy coming over from the sky and go down to the heart of the earth. Be confident. It works! So after this exercise, you’ll feel much better.
One thing people forget to do is to feel, instead of thinking. We all do the same, believe me! But feeling is the best way to be connected with your inner power, I mean your soul. So be confident. Things are putting on at the right place within a long time. Your intention of being in a good mood, with a higher vibe has been sent to the Universe. So you’ll receive the benefit of it.
Effectively, you must change your way to feed: eat more fruits and vegetables, low in calories and full of energy. Drink smoothies, juices, but give up sodas, snacks and all that is made with fat and sugar in equal proportions (usually all that we most like eating especially when we miss energy!). You may drink a glass or two of a good wine, or a beer if you feel it sometimes, but slow down with the addictions at the moment. There is something I’ve found out very interesting: when people wear colored and light clothes, their energy raises, so the one of the people around them! Avoid black and dark clothes seems to be also a good tip to go out the lack of energy.
After a couple of days, you’ll feel better. It goes fast. So the next step is to move your body. But go slowly. Try to go out for a walk, a few minutes even, at least twice a week, warm with a big coat, gloves and a hat. Don’t walk as if you were in the rush! It’s a time for you, for your body, so treat yourself with care!
A week later, you can already feel a change. You sleep better, you wake up better too. Your mind and body seem to be stronger. You dream to buy a beautiful swimsuit for summer, to plant some flowers in pots for your balcony, to get off your heavy clothes of winter for new ones, lighter; you dream to fall in love, to meet new people, to go out for dinner at a new restaurant. Dreaming is magic! It makes your vibe higher, your energy is coming back.
So the next step is to keep that energy inside you. Prefer to meet positive people at the moment. Call some old good friends, listen to music, and do everything good for you. It’s nice to take some time for you, exclusively. Use a lotion for your body after your shower. Look at your body as a friend, not as an enemy. If you want to lose some weight, tell it to your body, with love: “I love you, my body, but I remember a time you have been better, so I’d like you to become again as you were”. It seems stupid, but it’s not: the way you see yourself, your body, your mind, can change everything. If you hate what you are, you attract exactly the same: bad people around you. If you hate your body or your mind, they will not help you to make a change! So treat them with love and respect.
That’s so strange to consider thoughts as an energy, but I can assure you that’s true. It’s the reason why it’s so important to wish abundance to the people who hurt you, because it takes them away. It’s the same for your thoughts: don’t intoxicate your mind and body with dark ones. It will turn you mad and unhappy. Prefer to get sweet and nice thoughts, stay in your bubble of light, think that others have their own path, that their issues are not your business. Everyone can be happy in life, it’s not due to money, intelligence, health, family, friends, or a job. It’s a will, coming from the heart. So as everyone gets one…
Spring is at the door. So if you start to get more energy now, and above all, if you keep it inside you, I’m sure you’ll go out from winter with your body and mind at the top!
Don’t forget to be (without any guilt, of course) the center of your world. Not in a way to be seen as selfish and hateful by people around you, but rather as a person of interest for yourself. And be sure of one thing: it changes everything!
